Description
Law 1-12 establishes the National Development Strategy of the Dominican Republic 2030, covering the period from 2012 to 2030. It was approved in 2012 and has been in effect since 2013. This law sets objectives for the countrys development, including building a prosperous and equitable society, sustainable competitiveness, human development, democratic institutionalization, and environmental protection.
