Description
This National Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory (INEGEI) includes estimates of emissions by sources and sinks for the period 1990-2010. It was carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4 and 12 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
