Description
According to the 2006 IPCC Guidelines, the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory – INGEI, quantifies anthropogenic emissions at the country level, classified by sources, and absorptions by sinks. INGEIs are core components of the report established by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
