The climate change strategy for San Rafael de Heredia is based on a diagnosis obtained from the Inventory of greenhouse gas emissions for the canton and community perception. To develop this strategy, the Climate Change Commission was created - made up of members of the various organized groups of the canton - which received training from the EDECA-UNA, in order to generate knowledge and capabilities on the subject of climate change. climate change
