Description
The Decree subjects the key products used for agricultural production in the national territory to the regime of supervised freedom. Agents can freely determine the prices of agricultural inputs, under the obligation to inform the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in writing about the variations and determinations of their prices. The government may intervene if it considers that the behavior of the product so requires.
