Legislative Decree No. 1077 Creating the Competitiveness Compensation Program – AGROIDEAS

Legislative Decree No. 1077 created the Competitiveness Compensation Program, currently known as AGROIDEAS, with the objective of increasing the competitiveness of agricultural production by small and medium-sized producers through the promotion of producer associations and the adoption of environmentally appropriate agricultural technologies. The program promotes and co-finances incentives for agricultural producer organizations, including technology adoption, business management and organizational strengthening, business plans, and agricultural productive reconversion initiatives. It operates nationwide, and its permanence was subsequently established by Law No. 31071.
