Description
The NDC is articulated on public policy in several fundamental axes aimed at having a low-carbon and resilient development to the effects of climate change that promotes adaptation and brings co-benefits to the population. This vision encourages the transformation of society to a culture of sustainable production and consumption, which equitably and effectively manages risks, protects the environment and natural resources, and promotes adequate adaptation to climate change.
