Description

European Commission regulation establishing maximum levels for certain contaminants in the food listed in Annex I. It prohibits placing on the market or using as a raw material or food ingredient any food exceeding those levels, establishes rules for dried, diluted, processed and compound food, and repeals Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006. It is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in every Member State.
