Description

Plan formulated by UPRA to guide the development of Colombia's panela agro-industrial value chain over a 20-year horizon. It combines a situational and prospective analysis with scenarios to 2041, policy guidelines organized in four structural axes and six strategic objectives, and an action plan with programs, initiatives, indicative costs and timeline. It includes a monitoring and evaluation component.
