Ecuador: National Strategy for the Prevention, Detection and Control of the Foc R4T Pest

Inter-institutional strategy led by the National Emergency Operations Committee (COE) to prevent the entry, detect and control Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense Tropical Race 4 in musaceae crops. It is organized through provincial technical working groups and actions by five alert levels, and includes a phytosanitary notice mechanism via ECU 911, a risk map and communication plans.
