Five-year strategic planning instrument of the APMT, prepared under Law No. 300, Supreme Decree No. 1696, the PDES 2021-2025 and the Plurinational Climate Change Policy. It sets four strategic objectives: international defense of Mother Earth rights, integral and sustainable forest management, emissions mitigation targets and adaptation in vulnerable areas.
