Law authorizing supplementary appropriations in the Public Sector Budget for Fiscal Year 2022 to finance expenditures associated with the COVID-19 health emergency, economic reactivation and other expenditures of the National Government, regional governments and local governments. Regarding agrifood systems, it finances the subsidized acquisition and commercialization of nitrogen-, phosphorus- and potassium-based chemical fertilizers for agricultural producers managing farm units of up to 10 hectares (PEN 347.3 million), and authorizes a one-time individual cash subsidy of PEN 270 for adults in economic vulnerability, as well as an extraordinary additional subsidy for social program users, both in response to rising food prices. It also includes resources for regional and local investments, the creation of a trust for the Bionegocios Program in the Amazon, and authorization for factoring operations for micro and small enterprises supplying the State.
