Venezuela: Extension of the Humanitarian Response Plan 2026

The 2026 Humanitarian Response Plan Extension defines the strategic lines of the United Nations system and its humanitarian partners to address the most urgent humanitarian needs of people in situations of greatest vulnerability in Venezuela. The Plan aims to reach 5.5 million people and has financial requirements of USD 632 million. The response includes coordinated action in health; food security and nutrition; access to basic services; education; prevention and mitigation of protection risks; human mobility; and emergency preparedness and response, with implementation and coordination at territorial and municipal levels.
