Resolution No. 255/026: Beneficiaries of the Tax Credit for Investments in Access to Water for Productive Use

Resolution No. 255/026 of Uruguay's Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries determines a list of ten agricultural holding operators eligible for the tax credit established under Article 2 of Law No. 18,747 and its implementing regulation. The benefit is equivalent to 10 percent of eligible investments made to facilitate access to water for productive use.
