Resolution No. 916/026: Updated Membership of the Honorary Governing Council of the National Animal Welfare Institute

Resolution No. 916/026 of Uruguay's Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries partially updates the membership of the Honorary Governing Council of the National Animal Welfare Institute. The resolution appoints representatives of the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries, which chairs the Council; the Ministry of the Interior; the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; the Ministry of Public Health, through the Honorary Zoonoses Commission; the Congress of Departmental Governments; and the Veterinary Medical Society. The appointments corresponding to rural producers' associations and animal protection organizations remain pending, and a complementary resolution will be issued once those nominations are received.
