Decree 423/2026: Gradual Reduction of Export Duties on Grains, By-products and Biodiesel

Decree 423/2026 establishes new rates and a program for reducing export duties applicable to selected goods in the soybean, sunflower, maize, sorghum, wheat and barley value chains, including grains, seeds and by-products. It provides for immediate implementation for winter crops, while establishing a gradual schedule for other products linked to the shipment period reported in Export Sales Affidavits. The decree also establishes a specific schedule for certain types of biodiesel produced from alternative vegetable oils. The measure seeks to strengthen competitiveness, promote investment, increase production and expand the international integration of Argentina's agro-industrial sector.
