Colombia: National Irrigation Plan 2020–2039 for Land Improvement Planning and Agricultural Development

Colombia's National Irrigation Plan 2020–2039 is an agricultural sector planning instrument focused on strengthening land improvement and agricultural irrigation planning. Published by the Rural Agricultural Planning Unit (UPRA), it responds to the policy guidelines established in CONPES Document No. 3926 of 2018 and the National Development Plan 2018–2022, which call for strengthening the planning of a second generation of irrigation districts.
