Peru: Supreme Decree No. 006-2025-MIDAGRI - Regulations of Law No. 31477, Law that promotes actions for food recovery

This Regulation sets out the operational mechanisms for recovering fresh food fit for human consumption from wholesale and retail markets, channeling it to populations facing poverty, extreme poverty, or food insecurity. It defines the roles of donor entities, final receiving entities, recovery brigades, and market administrators, and establishes a National Registry of Final Receiving Entities, managed by the Ministry of Social Development and Inclusion.
