Description
The regulations institutionalize agricultural extension services in Peru as a permanent, decentralized public service aimed at strengthening the productivity and competitiveness of agricultural producers through training, technical assistance, and technology transfer. They create the National Registry of Agricultural Extension Service Providers, managed by INIA, with free and mandatory accreditation procedures, and identify users based on the MIDAGRI's Registry of Agricultural Producers.
