Supreme Decree No. 015-2025-MIDAGRI Approving the Regulations of Law No. 31368 on Agricultural Extension Services

Supreme Decree No. 015-2025-MIDAGRI, published on August 6, 2025, approves the regulations implementing Law No. 31368, which governs agricultural extension services in Peru. The decree establishes the regulatory framework for the provision of agricultural extension services aimed at strengthening producers' capacities and improving access to knowledge, information and technical assistance for agricultural production. It applies nationwide and is associated with improving support services for agricultural producers, particularly family farmers and producer organizations. The regulatory framework seeks to contribute to productive capacity development and agricultural productivity through extension services.
