Colombia: Decree 0174 of 2026 - Measures for the relocation, temporary or permanent, of agricultural production units and rural assets

This decree grants Colombia's National Land Agency and the Land Restitution Unit exceptional authority to act swiftly following floods that struck eight Caribbean coast departments in early 2026.
