The National One Health Framework to Address Zoonotic Diseases and Advance Public Health Preparedness in the United States 2025-2029 establishes a federal structure to facilitate multisectoral and transdisciplinary coordination, collaboration and communication on zoonotic diseases and other priority One Health issues. The framework aims to protect people, animals and the environment through prevention, preparedness, coordinated outbreak investigation and response, surveillance, laboratory strengthening and workforce development.
