Description
Supreme Decree No. 012-2025-PRODUCE approves the National Fisheries Policy to 2040 as a strategic planning framework of the Peruvian State to guide the development of the fisheries sector. The policy establishes guidelines that are mandatory for competent public entities and applicable to the private sector and civil society, as appropriate.
