Approve the Agricultural Emergency Plan, within the framework of the Declaration of Emergency of the Agricultural and Irrigation Sector at the national level, approved by article 1 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2022-MIDAGRI, Supreme Decree that declares the Agricultural and Irrigation Sector in Emergency, which in Annex forms an integral part of this Ministerial Resolution.
