Institutional Strategic Plan sets the strategic objectives and institutional strategies for oversight, control, supervision, and regulation of drinking water and basic sanitation services in Bolivia, within the framework of the human right to water. It defines 7 strategic objectives aligned with the National Development Plan 2021-2025, targeting EPSA regularization, service quality and sustainability, protection of user rights, integrated water resource management, and strengthening of public institutional management.
