International cooperation agreement between the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Government of Guatemala to implement early warning systems and disaster management in Guatemala, focused on flood and landslide monitoring, alert communication, disaster prevention simulations, and institutional strengthening through technical cooperation with the National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction (CONRED).
