Elimination of countervailing duties on ammonium sulfate imports originating in China in Mexico

Mexico’s Federal Official Gazette published the notice eliminating countervailing duties imposed on imports of ammonium sulfate originating in the People’s Republic of China, regardless of the country of export. The measure refers to ammonium sulfate entering under tariff item 3102.21.01 of the TIGIE, or any other tariff item, and is linked to prior countervailing duties also applied to NKS mixtures originating in China.
