Description

Canada’s Fertilizers Act is a federal law respecting fertilizers and supplements. It establishes prohibitions and requirements for the sale and importation of fertilizers and supplements, including approval or registration, compliance with prescribed standards, packaging and labelling in accordance with regulations, as well as provisions on risks to human, animal or plant health or the environment. It also covers regulations, registrations and licences, enforcement, analysis, offences and penalties.
