Law No. 21,349 on the composition, labeling and marketing of fertilizers and biostimulants - Chile

This law regulates the composition, labeling, marketing, import, and oversight of fertilizers and biostimulants in Chile. It establishes technical requirements to guarantee quality, safety, traceability, and accurate information for users, strengthening the role of the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG) as the competent authority.
