National Multisectoral Foreign Trade Policy through 2040 (PNMCE)

This policy establishes the Peruvian government’s strategic framework for strengthening the country’s international integration and improving the competitiveness of foreign trade in the long term. The policy defines priority objectives, guidelines, and services aimed at facilitating trade, diversifying the exportable supply of goods and services, increasing the participation of companies in international markets, and improving coordination between public and private actors. It also seeks to optimize foreign trade logistics, strengthen institutional capacities, and promote greater integration of Peru into global markets by leveraging trade agreements and developing competitive value chains.
