National Public Policy Community Water Management

The purpose of this title is to issue the Public Policy on Community Management of Water and Basic Sanitation through its own institutional framework, the recognition of communities organized for this purpose, and the configuration of instruments to promote and strengthen organizational dynamics around water and sanitation.
