Description
Water policy must be updated because it has expired and because the 2022-2026 National Development Plan, Colombia: World Power of Life (Chapter 1, section 2, paragraph a), stipulates that “the comprehensive water resource management policy” must be updated in four main areas: (i) Supply, (ii) Demand, (iii) Availability, and (iv) Water governance.
