“Come back in water” program

This program seeks to return the money collected from fines to the population in a non-refundable form, so that users can pay the fees of the professionals involved in the Dinagua process, such as geologists, agricultural engineers, notaries, etc. Hence the name “Vuelve en agua” (Returns as water). We want the money collected from fines to be returned to users, facilitating the registration and regulation of hydraulic works.
