Description

Law 3239/2007 on Water Resources in Paraguay aims to regulate the sustainable and comprehensive management of all water and the territories that produce it, regardless of their location, physical state, or natural occurrence within Paraguayan territory, in order to make it socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable for the people who inhabit the territory of the Republic of Paraguay.
