Chief Resolution No. 0106-2021-MIDAGRI-SENASA: Transfer of resources to address the national phytosanitary emergency caused by Foc R4T

This resolution approves the incorporation of funds in the amount of S/ 5,144,860.00 into the institutional budget of the National Agricultural Health Service (SENASA). These funds, authorized by Supreme Decree No. 206-2021-EF, come from the Contingency Reserve of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and are intended to finance the response to the national phytosanitary emergency caused by the fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Race 4 Tropical (Foc R4T). The measure will strengthen phytosanitary surveillance, prevention, and control actions throughout the country, protecting banana and plantain crops and ensuring the sustainability of agricultural production.
