Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change

The “Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change” is Canada’s collective plan — developed with provinces, territories, and Indigenous peoples — to grow the economy while reducing greenhouse gas emissions and building resilience to climate change. It rests on four pillars: carbon pollution pricing; complementary actions to reduce emissions across the economy; adaptation and climate resilience; and clean technology, innovation & jobs.
