[Argentina] PROSAP Operating Regulations 3806

Fecha de inicio: 2020
Fecha de fin: N/A

Description

The Program, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries through DIPROSE, aims to sustainably increase the coverage and quality of rural economic infrastructure and agri-food services, strengthening the productivity and competitiveness of regional agricultural SMEs. For its implementation, the PROSAP IV Operating Regulations (approved in 2017) are being updated to incorporate the decentralized execution modality of the Technological Modernization Funds and Cluster Development Initiatives, align its regulations with the Civil and Commercial Code and current resolutions, include mechanisms for updating Non-Reimbursable Contributions, and include new lines of credit in response to the impact of COVID-19. These modifications have received no objection from the IDB, do not entail additional fiscal costs, and are approved by the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries.
