Madre de Dios Regional Agricultural Innovation Agenda 2021–2025

The Madre de Dios Regional Agricultural Innovation Agenda 2021–2025 is a technical strategic planning instrument prepared by the Regional Technical Commission for Agricultural Innovation (CTRIA) of Madre de Dios within the regional agricultural innovation framework promoted by Peru's National Institute of Agricultural Innovation (INIA). The document identifies and organizes research, technology transfer and agricultural extension priorities for three regionally important crops, considering major value chains and approaches related to markets, food security and sustainability. It establishes priority lines of action, scheduled activities, targets and indicators to guide the generation and transfer of agricultural knowledge and technologies during 2021–2025. Its geographical scope is subnational and covers the Madre de Dios region. The agenda provides a framework for strategic guidance and coordination among regional agricultural innovation stakeholders; it is neither a binding legal regulation nor evidence that all planned activities were implemented.
