To this end, the Executive Branch shall establish policies that guarantee the production, availability and access to a quality product to the consumer. The Executive Branch, through the Ministry of Agricultural Development, shall adopt the necessary measures to conserve and sustainably use rice production, stimulating its development through the technical and credit assistance required in a timely manner, which encourages the national producer to remain in the activity, which guarantees the increase in productivity and its marketing. as well as the strengthening in the field of research, insurance, trade policy and financing schemes in the production chain that encourage national producers to guarantee food security through national production. As an immediate action, a strategy will be established to increase and strengthen rice production and with greater involvement of production support services to ensure food security through domestic production.
