Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced an investment exceeding $15 million to strengthen agriculture-related higher education programs at Hispanic-serving Institutions nationwide. The initiative aims to prepare Hispanic students for careers in food, agriculture, and natural sciences through projects focused on practical education, inclusion, and leadership development. Partnerships with nonprofits are promoted to enhance representation and success of underrepresented groups in agriculture and STEM-related fields.
