Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced the opening of applications for the American Rescue Plan Technical Assistance Investment Program, aimed at providing technical support to historically underserved farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners. The initiative, with at least $25 million in funding, seeks to reduce barriers to accessing USDA programs, strengthen capacities, and promote inclusion so these groups can benefit from opportunities, funding, and federal services.
