Description

This article establishes that products originating in the States party to the treaty (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica) shall circulate freely in the region without paying customs duties or taxes of equivalent effect. Annex A sets out some restrictions on products, no dairy products are included in that list.
