BOLIVIA. Supreme Decree 5178. Authorization of INSA 2024 budget allocation.

Supreme Decree No. 5178 authorizes the allocation of a budget of Bs. 16,000,000 (sixteen million 00/100 bolivianos) as additional resources for the protection of agricultural production against adverse weather conditions within the framework of Law No. 144 on the Agricultural Community Productive Revolution. In order to comply with this Supreme Decree, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, must allocate the budget to the National Agricultural Insurance Institute (INSA), so that INSA, in turn, can make compensation payments to producers benefiting from the Agricultural Insurance.
