Fecha de fin: 16/08/2022

Description

In 2022, the USDA published two updated guides that facilitate access to federal resources and services for Tribal Nations, citizens, and Native American organizations. The USDA Resource Guide for American Indians and Alaska Natives summarizes programs in agriculture, economic development, conservation, and educational outreach, while the USDA Native Youth Resource Guide offers scholarships, internships, cultural camps, and job opportunities for Native American youth. These guides seek to overcome legal and territorial barriers unique to Native American communities, promoting their full participation in USDA programs to strengthen their economies, culture, and social well-being.
