Description

This document is a political declaration that calls on Indigenous peoples, peasant communities, Black people, Afro-descendant people, Raizal people, Palenquera people, Rrom people, and rural workers in Colombia to overcome the legacy of the 1972 Chicoral Pact by promoting an inclusive and transformative Agrarian Reform. It proposes an alliance between social movements and the State to build a Ten-Year Agrarian Reform Plan, aimed at land redistribution, social justice, environmental protection, and the dignification of territories and their communities.
