Labor Inclusion of Young People in Latin America and the Caribbean in Times of Crisis: Equality Challenges for Public Policy

This document analyzes how the COVID-19 pandemic has deepened the structural inequalities that affect youth labor insertion in the region. It examines the educational and labor transition, evaluates labor and productive inclusion programs, and presents recommendations for more equitable public policies. It highlights the multidimensionality of youth and the need to address factors such as gender, ethnicity, and disability to improve access to decent employment.
