The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Youth signed an agreement to promote job placement and youth entrepreneurship. The agreement seeks to improve the quality of life of Dominican youth through joint programs, scholarships, and employment-oriented initiatives, as part of the post-COVID-19 economic recovery.
