Promoting youth engagement in Northern Montenegro

This policy brief analyzes the potential of rural youth in northern Montenegro to transform the agricultural sector. Through the Rural Clustering and Transformation Project (RCTP), funded by IFAD and its partners, inclusive value chains, access to financing, modern technologies, and youth-focused training programs are promoted. The document presents key recommendations to create enabling environments that foster youth employment, rural entrepreneurship, and climate resilience.
