Peru: Regulation of Legislative Decree No. 1020 on the Organization of Agricultural Producers and Consolidation of Rural Property ( Supreme Decree No. 032-2008-AG )

This Supreme Decree approves the regulation of Legislative Decree No. 1020, which establishes the legal framework to promote the organization of agricultural producers and the consolidation of rural property. Its purpose is to expand access to agricultural credit and to encourage competitiveness, productive reconversion, and modernization of the agricultural sector. This regulation strengthens the capacity of producers to integrate into the financial system and improve their productive development conditions.
