Peru: Regulation of the National Registry of Agricultural Cooperatives (Supreme Decree regulating Article 26 of Law No. 31335)

This Decree establishes the regulation governing the implementation and operation of the National Registry of Agricultural Cooperatives (RNCA), in compliance with Article 26 of Law No. 31335, the Law for the Strengthening of Agricultural Producers' Associativity in Agricultural Cooperatives. The regulation outlines the registration obligations in the RNCA, the criteria and requirements that cooperatives must meet to register, as well as the procedure and conditions for admissibility.
