Peru: Regulation of Law No. 29676, Law for the Promotion of the Development of Agricultural Producers' Markets (Supreme Decree No. 008-2020-MINAGRI )

This Regulation aims to establish the provisions necessary for the implementation of Law No. 29676, which promotes the integration of peasant and native communities into the market, facilitates direct sales between producers and final consumers, and strengthens the rural economy through the promotion of sustainable agriculture. The Regulation applies to all entities of the Executive Branch, Regional and Local Governments, as well as to individuals, legal entities, peasant communities, and native communities that qualify as producers according to the criteria defined in the Regulation.
